2020年8月31日，《有限合伙基金条例》(香港法例第637章)正式实施，标志着香港法域下的私募基金业开启LPF与开放式基金型公司并驾齐驱的新纪元。LPF制度为私募股权基金、风险投资基金、房地产基金等投资工具提供灵活且具有吸引力的法律框架，使基金管理人在设立和运营过程中能够更好地满足全球投资者的需求。
