9月5日，59岁的尧女士在家人的搀扶下，来到海军军医大学第三附属医院就诊，该院肝胆内科副教授邹珊珊详细询问了尧女士病史，对其细致查体，发现她的总胆红素在两周内升高了一倍，从226umol/L升至了453.2umol/L，伴有凝血功能的下降，提示肝功能迅速恶化，病情十分凶险、预后很差。根据治疗团队诊断，尧女士为“肝功能衰竭”，尧女士立即被收治住院治疗。

临床上经常使用的人工肝模式有血液/血浆灌流、血液滤过、血液透析、血浆置换、连续性血液净化技术和分子吸附再循环系统等，不同的患者可通过不同的组合达到治疗的目的。DPMAS是将血液引出体外经过一个血浆分离器，分离出来的血浆依次经过阴离子树脂血浆胆红素吸附柱和中性大孔树脂吸附柱，血浆中的胆红素等毒素被吸附一部分后，与血细胞等有形成分汇合回到人体。血浆经过两个吸附柱的联合吸附，能增加对炎性介质、胆红素等毒素的清除能力。

尧女士和家属对人工肝治疗不了解，有些畏惧和犯难，该院肝胆内科主任胡和平和邹珊珊为他们详细讲解后，患者和家属同意接受人工肝治疗。9月经过3次DPMAS治疗，尧女士的肝功能得到明显改善，总胆红素稳定下降到了117umol/L，凝血功能恢复到了正常水平。尧女士说，随着治疗起效，她的胃口很好，精神也好了。9月底尧女士顺利出院，截至目前，复查一切良好。

The EU’s decision to impose definitive countervailing duties on Chinese-made electric vehicles (EVs) for a period of five years has sparked strong opposition.
